Modification of Subordination Provisions. Anything in Article IX of the Base Indenture or elsewhere contained in this Indenture to the contrary notwithstanding, no modification or amendment of this Indenture that adversely affects the superior position of any holder of Senior Debt shall be effective against any such holder of Senior Debt unless such holder of Senior Debt has consented to such modification or amendment.
