In the light of the special development needs of Antigua and Barbuda, Belize, the Commonwealth of Dominica, Grenada, the Republic of Guyana, the Republic of Haiti, Saint Xxxxxxxxxxx and Nevis, Saint Lucia, and Saint Xxxxxxx and the Grenadines, the Parties may decide in the CARIFORUM-EC Trade and Development Committee to modify the level of customs duties stipulated in Annex III, which may be applied to a product originating in the EC Party upon its importation into the CARIFORUM States. The Parties shall ensure that any such modification does not result in an incompatibility of this Agreement with the requirements of Article XXIV of the GATT 1994. The Parties may also decide simultaneously to adjust the customs duty commitments stipulated in Annex III and relating to other products imported from the EC Party, as appropriate.
