Modification of the Servicing Agreement. Only in so far as it relates to the Mortgage Loans, the Servicer and the Assignor hereby amend the Servicing Agreement as follows: (a) a new section, Section 11, will be added immediately following Subsection 10.07 which shall read as follows:
