Common use of Modification of this Series of Notes only Clause in Contracts

Modification of this Series of Notes only. (i) Any modification of any provision of, or any action in respect of, these Conditions, the Fiscal Agency Agreement and/or the Deed of Covenant in respect of the Notes may be made or taken if approved by a Single Series Extraordinary Resolution or a Single Series Written Resolution as set out below.
