Common use of MODIFICATION OF WARRANTS Clause in Contracts

MODIFICATION OF WARRANTS. Other than with respect to any adjustment made by the Corporation in accordance with the provisions of Section 5 hereof, this Warrant Certificate may only be modified, supplemented or altered by the Corporation, and only with the consent in writing of the Holders of Warrants representing greater than fifty percent (50%) of the total Warrants then outstanding; provided, that no change in the number or nature of the securities purchasable upon the exercise of any Warrant, or the acceleration of the Expiration Date, shall be made without the consent in writing of the Holder of the Warrant Certificate representing such Warrant, other than such changes as are specifically prescribed by this Warrant Certificate as originally executed or are made in compliance with applicable law.
