MODIFICATION OR AMENDMENTS TO THIS SCHEME. 18.1 The Boards of the Parties, may consent jointly but not individually, to make any modifications or amendments to this Scheme at any time and for any reason whatsoever, or which may otherwise be considered necessary, desirable or appropriate. The Board of the Parties acting jointly may consent to any conditions or limitations that the Tribunal or any other Appropriate Authority may impose.
