MODIFICATION OR AMENDMENTS TO THIS SCHEME. 18.1 The Board of the Parties may make any modifications or amendments to this Scheme at any time and for any reason whatsoever, or which may otherwise be considered necessary, desirable or appropriate. The Board of the Parties may consent to any conditions or limitations that the Tribunal or any other Appropriate Authority may impose.

The Board of the Parties acting jointly may consent to any conditions or limitations that the Tribunal or any other Appropriate Authority may impose.
MODIFICATION OR AMENDMENTS TO THIS SCHEME. 19.1 On behalf of each of the Parties, the Board of the respective Parties acting themselves or through authorized Persons, may consent jointly but not individually, on behalf of all Persons concerned, to any modifications or amendments to this Scheme at any time and for any reason whatsoever, or to any conditions or limitations that the NCLT or any other Appropriate Authority may deem fit to direct or impose or which may otherwise be considered necessary, desirable or appropriate by all of them (i.e., the Boards of the Parties) and solve all difficulties that may arise for carrying out this Scheme and do all acts, deeds and things necessary for putting this Scheme into effect.
