Modification or Termination Due to Decreased Caseload. PDSC and Contractor may renegotiate this contract if there is a significant decrease in the probable number of cases available. If OPDS analysts determine that there is a significant decrease in the probable number of cases, then Contractor will be given a two-week notice to meet with OPDS and address any variance.
