Common use of Modification or Waiver; Entire Agreement Clause in Contracts

Modification or Waiver; Entire Agreement. No provision of this Agreement may be modified or waived except in a document signed by the Executive and such executive of the Company as may be designated by the Board. This Agreement, along with any Company benefit plan, stock option, restricted stock or cash award agreement between the parties, constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding their employment relationship. No agreements or representations, oral or otherwise, with respect to the subject matter hereof have been made by either party which are not set forth expressly in this Agreement.
