Common use of Modification or Waiver; Entire Agreement Clause in Contracts

Modification or Waiver; Entire Agreement. No provision of this Agreement may be modified or waived except in a document signed by the Executive and the person designated by the Board. This Agreement contains the entire agreement of the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof, and except as otherwise set forth herein, supersedes all prior agreements, promises, covenants, arrangements, communications, representations and warranties between them, whether written or oral, with respect to the subject matter hereof, including the Prior Agreement.
