Modification or Waiver of Mandatory Curtailment Payments. The Administrative Agent may (i) modify the timing of payments required in Sections 2.07(a) through (g) for a maximum period of one month up to a maximum amount in any month equal to 25% of the aggregate amount of payments due from the Borrowers during such month and (ii) waive payments required in Sections 2.07(a) through (g) in an aggregate amount of up to $100,000.
