Common use of Modification; Prior Claims Clause in Contracts

Modification; Prior Claims. This Agreement sets forth the entire understanding of the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and may be modified only by a written instrument duly executed by each party. Employee hereby waives any claims that may exist on the date hereof arising from his prior employment, if any, with the Company, other than for compensation payable or reimbursement of reasonable expenses, all as incurred in the ordinary course of business.
