This Agreement may not be altered, amended, modified, or otherwise changed in any respect except by another written agreement that specifically refers to this Agreement, and that is duly executed by You and an authorized representative of the Company. This Agreement shall be binding upon Your heirs, executors, administrators and other legal representatives and may be assigned and enforced by the Company, its successors and assigns.
