Common use of Modification; Survival Clause in Contracts

Modification; Survival. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement of the parties relating to the subject matter hereof and no amendment, modification, termination or cancellation of this Agreement shall be effective unless in writing signed by both parties hereto.
