If any event shall occur as a result of which, in the reasonable judgment of the Company it becomes necessary or advisable to amend or supplement any of the Disclosure Documents the Company shall promptly prepare an appropriate amendment to each such document so that supplemented, each such document as so amended will not include an untrue statement of material fact or omit to state a material fact
