Modification to Paragraph 24, “Tenant’s Default. The following is hereby added at the end of Paragraph 24.(a): “provided, however, that if Tenant vacates the Premises at any time during the last nine (9) months of the Term but continues to perform all of its obligations hereunder, including, without limitation, maintaining all insurance policies required by this Lease and complying with all of the requirements of Paragraph 32.9, Tenant shall not be deemed to be in default under this Paragraph 24.(a);”.
