For purposes of this Agreement, the terms “include”, “includes,” and “including” mean without limitation by reason of enumeration. If funds are received, distributed, or spent in a currency other than the “Currency”, any requisite currency translation will be based on the rate of exchange between the applicable currency and the “Currency” as determined by us.
