Modifications and Amendment to the Credit Documents. As provided in Section 1 above, certain increases in the principal indebtedness outstanding under the Credit Documents shall not constitute Guaranteed Obligations. Except as to the foregoing, the parties to the Credit Documents shall have the right to amend or modify such Credit Agreements without affecting the rights provided for in this Guaranty.
