Modifications and Amendments to the Dispute Resolution Policies. Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 2.3 of this Manual and Section 4.2 of the LifeVantage Distributor Application and Agreement, the LifeVantage Distributor understands and agrees that LifeVantage may change, amend, or terminate any of the foregoing Dispute Resolution provisions in this Section 14 after giving the LifeVantage Distributor at least 90 days written or electronic notice. Such notice shall be given by one of the methods specified in Section 2.3 above. Any such change, amendment, or termination will not apply to a pending Dispute Resolution proceeding that was initiated prior to the giving of such notice by LifeVantage.
