Common use of MODIFICATIONS AND EXCEPTIONS Clause in Contracts

MODIFICATIONS AND EXCEPTIONS. The terms of this Agreement (including the definitions set forth in Exhibit A-1 and Exhibit A-2 hereto and the Agreement Terms set forth in Exhibit B) are subject to the modifications and exceptions contained in Exhibit C hereto. In the event of a conflict between Exhibit A-1, Exhibit A-2, and Exhibit B on the one hand, and Exhibit C on the other hand, Exhibit C shall control.
