Modifications At Request. At any time during the Term, IXC or PSINet may initiate negotiations in the Benchmark Prices as necessary to ensure that they remain competitive in price on average and taken as a whole as compared to prices charged by other leading providers of Internet services, or otherwise to reflect cost elements attributable to unique requirements imposed on PSINet under this Agreement that are not incurred by other leading providers of Internet services. In no event shall IXC pay a higher price for any individual service component comprising the Service than PSINet charges for comparable services to any other customer.
