Modifications by Unanimous Consent. The terms and provisions of this Indenture and the rights and obligations of the Authority and of the Owners of the Bonds thereunder may be modified or amended in any respect upon the adoption and filing by the Authority of a Supplemental Indenture and the consent of the Owners of all of the Bonds then Outstanding, such consent to be given as provided in Section 10.2, except that no notice to Bondowners shall be required.

Modifications by Unanimous Consent. The terms and provisions of this Indenture hereof and the rights and obligations of the Authority Trustee and of the Owners of the Bonds thereunder hereunder may be modified or amended in any respect upon the adoption and filing entering into by the Authority parties hereto of a Supplemental Indenture and Trust Agreement with the unanimous consent of the Owners of all of the Bonds then Outstanding, such consent to be given as provided in Section 10.2, 7.3 except that no notice to Bondowners by mailing shall be provided and to the extent any such Supplemental Trust Agreement alters the rights and obligations of the Trustee the Trustee’s approval shall be required.

Modifications by Unanimous Consent. The terms and provisions of this Indenture and the rights and obligations of the Authority Issuer and of the Owners Holders of the Bonds thereunder may be modified or amended in any respect upon the adoption and filing execution by the Authority Issuer of a Supplemental Indenture and the consent of the Owners Holders of all of the Bonds then OutstandingOutstanding and affected thereby, such consent to be given as provided in Section 10.2, except that no notice to Bondowners shall be required10.02.

The terms and provisions of this Indenture and the rights and obligations of the Authority Agency and of the Owners holders of the Bonds thereunder hereunder may be modified or amended in any respect upon the adoption and filing by the Authority Agency of a Supplemental Indenture and the consent of the Owners holders of all of the Bonds then Outstanding, such consent to be given as provided in Section 10.2, except that no 903. No notice of any such modification or amendment to Bondowners Bondholders either by mailing or publication shall be required.

Modifications by Unanimous Consent. The terms and provisions of this Indenture and the rights and obligations of the Authority Issuer and of the Owners owners of the Bonds thereunder hereunder may also be modified or amended in any respect upon the adoption and filing entry by the Authority of Issuer and the Trustee into a Supplemental Indenture and Indenture, subject to Section 7.3, upon the consent of the Owners owners of all of the Bonds then Outstanding, such consent to be given as provided in Section 10.2, except that no 7.6 hereof. No notice to Bondowners Owners of any such modification or amendment shall be required.
