Modifications of Agreements. No Credit Party shall make, or agree to make, any modification, amendment or waiver of any of the terms or provisions of any Material Agreement, without the prior written consent of Agent. Borrower shall not make, or agree to make, any Material Modification with respect to any Lease, without the prior written consent of Agent.
