Perspecteev reserves the right to modify all or part of these General Terms and Conditions of Use if it deems this necessary and useful, particularly for the purpose of adapting them to changes in operation, and/or legislative changes and/or changes in its service offerings. You will be notified whenever a new version of these General Terms and Conditions of Use is posted online. You will be invited to read and then accept them in accordance with the process described in section 2. If You refuse to accept the new General Terms and Conditions of Use, You agree not to use the Service in any way. You cannot under any circumstances hold Perspecteev liable for any loss or damage of any kind, for any reason, if You continue to use the Service despite having refused to accept the new General Terms and Conditions of Use. In any event, if You use the Service in any way following a modification of the General Terms and Conditions of Use, You will be deemed to have accepted the new General Terms and Conditions.
