Modifications of the Servicing Agreement. Only in so far as it relates to the Mortgage Loans, the Servicer and the Assignor hereby amend the Servicing Agreement as follows: (a) The second sentence of the second paragraph of Section 3.01 shall be amended by deleting the words "following the Business Day". (b) A new section, Section 13.20, will be added immediately following Section 13.19 which shall read as follows:
