Except in accordance with Section 5.01(a)(vi) of this Agreement, such Borrower Party will not make any change to any Credit and Collection Policy that could materially and adversely affect the collectability of the Receivables or decrease in any material respect the credit quality of any newly created Receivables. Except as provided in Section 6.02(d), the Servicer will not extend, amend or otherwise modify the terms of any Receivable or any Contract related thereto other than in accordance with the applicable Credit and Collection Policy.
