Modifications to Contracts and Credit and Collection Policy. No Seller Party will, and no Seller Party will permit any Originator to, make any change to the Credit and Collection Policy that could reasonably be expected to materially decrease the credit quality of any newly created Receivables or materially adversely affect the collectability of the Receivables. Except as provided in Section 6.2(d), no Seller Party will, or will permit any Originator to, extend, amend or otherwise modify the terms of any Receivable or any terms of any Contract related to such Receivable in any material respect other than in accordance with the Credit and Collection Policy.
