Modifications to Credit and Collection Policy. Subject to Section 7.1(b)(i), such Seller Party will not, and will not permit the Originator to, make any change to the Credit and Collection Policy that could materially adversely affect the collectibility of the Receivables (other than any portion thereof constituting an Additional Amount) or the credit quality of any newly created Receivables (other than Additional Amounts).
