Modifications to the General Conditions. The General Conditions are hereby modified as follows: 1. Section 3.03 (Service Charge) and Section 3.04 (Interest Charge) are deleted in their entirety and the remaining Sections in Article III are renumbered accordingly, and all references to the Sections of Article III in any provision of the General Conditions are understood to be to such renumbered Sections. 2.
