Modifications to the XXXX. If you install a new version of the Software, or any update, modification, or upgrade of the Software, the XXXX applicable to the new updated, modified or upgraded version of the Software will modify this XXXX upon such installation, if or to the extent that the new XXXX is different than this XXXX. A revised version of the XXXX will be available at xxx.xxxxxxxxxx.xxx/xxxx/home. By continuing to use the Software after the effective date of any modifications to this XXXX, you agree to be bound by the modified terms.
