Modifications to this Amendment. Any provision of this Amendment may be modified with the written consent of the Borrowers, the Guarantor and the Required Lenders, except for any provision that, pursuant to Section 15.11 of the Credit Agreement, would require the consent of all the Lenders (in which case the written consent of all the Lenders shall be required).
Modifications to this Amendment. None of the terms or conditions of this Fourth Amendment may be changed, modified, waived or canceled orally or otherwise, except in writing and in accordance with Section 9.02 of the Credit Agreement.
