MODIFICATIONS TO TITLE II POLITICAL DIALOGUE. (a) In the third indent of Article 7, the words ", including in the areas covered by Common Foreign and Security Policy of the European Union" shall not be incorporated into this Agreement. (b) In the first line of Article 9, the word "shall" shall be replaced by "may". (c) In Article 10, the word "shall" shall be replaced by "may", and before "established" the words "which may be" shall be inserted.
