Modified loan policy. A separate loan policy or written modifications to this loan policy may modify this Section 13.10, including, but not limited to: (1) a provision to permit loan repayments to continue beyond termination of employment; (2) to prohibit the Direct Rollover of a loan note; and (3) to provide for other events that may accelerate the Participant’s repayment obligation under the loan.
