Modified Procedures Sample Clauses

The "Modified Procedures" clause establishes alternative or adjusted processes that differ from the standard procedures outlined elsewhere in the agreement. This clause typically specifies when and how these modified steps apply, such as in cases of urgent requests, special project requirements, or unique circumstances that require deviation from the norm. By clearly defining these exceptions, the clause ensures flexibility in operations while maintaining clarity and predictability for both parties, ultimately addressing the need for adaptability without sacrificing contractual certainty.
