Common use of Monetary Judgments Clause in Contracts

Monetary Judgments. One or more judgments, non-interlocutory orders, decrees or arbitration awards shall be entered against any one or more of the Credit Parties or any of their respective Subsidiaries involving in the aggregate a liability of $5,000,000 or more (excluding amounts covered by insurance to the extent the relevant independent third-party insurer has not denied coverage therefor), and the same shall remain unsatisfied, unvacated and unstayed pending appeal for a period of thirty (30) days after the entry thereof; or

Monetary Judgments. One or more judgments, non-interlocutory orders, decrees or arbitration awards shall be entered against any one or more of the Credit Parties or any of their respective Subsidiaries involving in the aggregate a liability of $5,000,000 2,500,000 or more (excluding amounts covered by insurance to the extent the relevant independent third-party insurer has not denied coverage therefor), and the same shall remain unsatisfied, unvacated and unstayed pending appeal for a period of thirty forty-five (3045) days after the entry thereof; or

Monetary Judgments. One or more judgments, non-interlocutory orders, decrees or arbitration awards shall be entered against any one or more of the Credit Parties or any of their respective Subsidiaries involving in the aggregate a liability of $5,000,000 or more (excluding amounts covered by insurance to the extent the relevant not covered by independent third-party insurer has not denied coverage therefor)insurance) as to any single or related series of transactions, incidents or conditions, of the US Dollar Equivalent of $3,500,000 or more, and the same shall remain unsatisfied, unvacated and unstayed pending appeal for a period of thirty (30) days after the entry thereof; or

One or more judgments, non-interlocutory orders, decrees or arbitration awards shall be entered against any one or more of the Credit Parties or any of their respective Subsidiaries Borrower involving in the aggregate a liability of $5,000,000 or more (excluding amounts not fully covered by insurance to the extent the relevant independent third-party insurer has insurance) as to any single or related series of transactions, incidents or conditions, of $25,000 or more and not denied coverage therefor)covered by insurance, and the same shall remain unsatisfied, unvacated and unstayed pending appeal for a period of thirty (30) days after the entry thereof; or

One or more judgments, non-interlocutory orders, decrees or arbitration awards shall be entered against any one or more of the Credit Parties Company or any of their respective Subsidiaries other Loan Party involving in the aggregate a liability of $5,000,000 or more (excluding amounts not fully covered by insurance to the extent the relevant independent third-party insurer has not denied coverage therefor)insurance) as to any single or related series of transactions, incidents or conditions, of One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) or more, and the same shall remain unsatisfied, unvacated and unstayed pending appeal for a period of thirty (30) 30 days after the entry thereof; or

One or more judgments, non-interlocutory orders, decrees or arbitration awards shall be entered against any one or more of the Credit Parties or any of their respective Subsidiaries involving in the aggregate a liability of $5,000,000 2,000,000 or more (excluding amounts covered by insurance to the extent the relevant independent third-third party insurer has not denied coverage therefor), and the same shall remain unsatisfied, unvacated and unstayed pending appeal for a period of thirty (30) days after the entry thereof; or;

Monetary Judgments. One or more judgments, non-interlocutory orders, decrees or arbitration awards shall be entered against any one or more of the Credit Parties or any of their respective Subsidiaries involving in the aggregate a liability of $5,000,000 5,500,000 or more (excluding amounts covered by insurance to the extent the relevant independent third-party insurer has not denied coverage therefor), and the same shall remain unsatisfied, unvacated and unstayed pending appeal for a period of thirty sixty (3060) days after the entry thereof; or

Monetary Judgments. One or more judgments, non-interlocutory orders, decrees or arbitration awards shall be entered against any one or more of the Credit Parties or any of their respective Restricted Subsidiaries involving in the aggregate a liability of $5,000,000 25,000,000 or more (excluding amounts covered by insurance to the extent the relevant independent third-third party insurer has not denied coverage therefor), and the same shall remain unsatisfied, unvacated and unstayed pending appeal for a period of thirty (30) days after the entry thereof; or;

Monetary Judgments. One or more judgments, non-interlocutory orders, decrees or arbitration awards shall be entered against any one or more of the Credit Parties or any of their respective Restricted Subsidiaries involving in the aggregate a liability of $5,000,000 75,000,000 or more (excluding amounts covered by insurance to the extent the relevant independent third-third party insurer has not denied coverage therefor), and the same shall remain unsatisfied, unvacated and unstayed pending appeal for a period of thirty (30) days after the entry thereof; or;
