Monetary Limitation of liability. 14.3.1 A Party ("Indemnifying Party") shall be liable to indemnify the other Party ("Indemnified Party") under this Article 14 for any indemnity claims made in a Contract Year only up to an amount of Rs. 5.28 Crore (Rupees Five Crore Twenty- Eight Lakh Only).

Monetary Limitation of liability. 14.3.1 A Party ("Indemnifying Party") shall be liable to indemnify the other Party ("Indemnified Party") under this Article 14 for any indemnity claims made in a Contract Year only up to an amount of Rs. 5.28 Crore 7.17crore (Rupees Five Seven Crore Twenty- Eight and Seventeen Lakh Only).

Monetary Limitation of liability. 14.3.1 A Party ("Indemnifying Party") shall be liable to indemnify the other Party ("Indemnified Party") under this Article 14 for any indemnity claims made in a Contract Year only up to an amount of Rupees 3.87 Crore (Rs. 5.28 Three Crore (Rupees Five Crore Twenty- Eight Eighty Seven Lakh Only).

Monetary Limitation of liability. 14.3.1 9.4.1 A Party ("Indemnifying Party") shall be liable to indemnify the other Party ("Indemnified Party") under this Article 14 9 for any indemnity claims made in a Contract Year only up to an amount as per Article 4.1.6 of Rs. 5.28 Crore (Rupees Five Crore Twenty- Eight Lakh Only)this Agreement.

Monetary Limitation of liability. 14.3.1 A Party ("Indemnifying Party") shall be liable to indemnify the other Party ("Indemnified Party") under this Article 14 for any indemnity claims made in a Contract Year only up to an amount of Rupees 31.83 Crore (Rs. 5.28 Thirty One Crore (Rupees Five Crore Twenty- Eight Lakh Onlyand Eighty Three Lakh).

Monetary Limitation of liability. 14.3.1 A Party ("Indemnifying Party") shall be liable to indemnify the other Party ("Indemnified Party") under this Article 14 0 for any indemnity claims made in a Contract Year only up to an amount of Rs. 5.28 Rs.0.39 Crore (Rupees Five Crore Twenty- Eight Thirty Nine Lakh Only).

Monetary Limitation of liability. 14.3.1 A Party ("Indemnifying Party") shall be liable to indemnify the other Party ("Indemnified Party") under this Article 14 15 for any indemnity claims made in a Contract Year only up to upto an amount of Rs. 5.28 Rs 5 Crore (( Rupees Five Crore Twenty- Eight Lakh OnlyCrores).
