Monetary Obligations. Seller shall pay and satisfy in full any and all liens, liabilities and encumbrances placed, or caused to be placed, of record against the Real Property evidencing a monetary obligation which can be removed by the payment of money (the “Monetary Obligations”) on or before the Closing Date.

Monetary Obligations. Seller shall pay and satisfy in full any and all liens, liabilities any and encumbrances all liens placed, or caused to be placed, of record against the Real Property by Seller evidencing a monetary obligation which can be removed by the payment of money (the “Monetary Obligations”) money, including, without limitation, deeds of trust, mortgages, mechanic’s liens, attachment liens, execution liens, tax liens and judgment liens on or before the Closing Date, provided that Seller may use the proceeds of the sale to do so.
