Common use of Monetary Clause in Contracts

Monetary. Borrower or Trustor shall fail to (aa) pay when due any sums which by their express terms require immediate payment without any grace period or sums which are payable on the Maturity Date, or (bb) pay within 5 days when due any other sums payable under the Note, this Deed of Trust or any of the other Loan Documents, including without limitation, any monthly payment due under the Note.

Borrower or Trustor shall fail to (aa) pay when due any sums which by their the express terms of this Agreement and the other Loan Documents require immediate payment without any grace period or sums which are payable on the Maturity Date, or (bb) pay within 5 ten (10) days when due after written notice from Lender any other sums payable under the Note, this Deed of Trust Agreement or any of the other Loan Documents, excluding, with respect to (aa) or (bb) any monthly principal or interest due under the Note set forth in Section 10.1(b)(i) below, including without limitation, any monthly payment due under the Note.
