Money for Covered Revenues Payments to Be Held in Trust. (a) If Parent shall at any time act as the Paying Agent, it will, on or before the Payment Date, as the case may be, segregate and hold in trust for the benefit of the Holders all sums held by such Paying Agent for payment on the CVRs until such sums shall be paid to the Holders as herein provided, and will promptly notify the Trustee of any failure of Parent to make payment on the CVRs.
