Money for Obligation Payments to be Held in Trust; Repayment of Unclaimed Money. If the Company shall at any time act as its own Paying Agent, it will, on or before each due date of the principal of (and premium, if any) or interest on any of the Obligations, segregate and hold in trust for the benefit of the Holders of such Obligations a sum sufficient to pay the principal (and premium, if any) or interest so becoming due until such sums shall be paid to such Holders or otherwise disposed of as herein provided, and the Company will promptly notify the Trustee of its action or failure so to act. Whenever the Company shall have one or more Paying Agents, it will, prior to each due date of the principal of (and premium, if any) or interest on any Obligations, deposit with a Paying Agent a sum sufficient to pay the principal (and premium, if any) or interest so becoming due, such sum to be held in trust for the benefit of the Holders of such Obligations entitled to such principal (and premium, if any) or interest, and (unless such Paying Agent is the Trustee) the Company will promptly notify the Trustee of its action or failure so to act. Moneys so segregated or deposited and held in trust shall constitute a separate trust fund for the benefit of the Persons entitled to such principal, premium or interest. Except in the case of moneys so segregated by the Company when acting as its own Paying Agent, moneys held in trust by the Trustee or any other Paying Agent for the payment of the principal (or premium, if any) or interest on the Obligations need not be segregated from other funds, except to the extent required by law.
