Money for Payments To Be Held in Trust; Paying Agent. All payments of amounts due and payable with respect to any Notes pursuant to Section 3.05 shall be made on behalf of the Issuer by the Indenture Trustee or the Paying Agent, and no amounts shall be paid to the Issuer except as provided in this Section. The Indenture Trustee shall initially be the Paying Agent. The Issuer shall cause each Paying Agent (other than the Indenture Trustee) to execute and deliver to the Indenture Trustee an instrument in which such Paying Agent shall agree with the Indenture Trustee (and as Paying Agent, the Indenture Trustee hereby so agrees), subject to the provisions of this Section, that such Paying Agent will:
