Money for Payments To Be Held in Trust; Paying Agent. All payments of amounts due and payable with respect to any Notes pursuant to Section 3.05 shall be made on behalf of the Issuer by the Indenture Trustee or the Paying Agent, and no amounts shall be paid to the Issuer except as provided in this Section.
