Money for Payments to Noteholders to be Held in Trust. (a) All payments of amounts due and payable with respect to any Notes that are to be made from amounts withdrawn from the Collection Account pursuant to Section 3.04(b) or Section 6.06 shall be made on behalf of the Issuer by the Trustee, and no amounts so withdrawn from the Collection Account for payments of Notes shall be paid over to the Issuer under any circumstances except as provided in this Section 8.03.
