Common use of Money Held Clause in Contracts

Money Held. The Paying Agent shall be entitled to deal with moneys paid to it hereunder in the same manner as other moneys paid to it as a banker by its customers except that the Paying Agent shall not be liable to any Person for interest on, or have any responsibility to invest, any sums held by it under this Indenture.
