Common use of Money Judgment Clause in Contracts

Money Judgment. A judgment or order for the payment of money in excess of the Material Amount shall be rendered against either Borrower and such judgment or order shall continue unsatisfied (in the case of a money judgment) and in effect for a period of thirty (30) days during which execution shall not be effectively stayed or deferred (whether by action of a court, by agreement or otherwise);

Money Judgment. A final judgment or order for the payment of money in excess of the $500,000 or which otherwise has a Material Amount Adverse Effect on such Borrower shall be rendered against either such Borrower or, with respect to such Borrower, the Fund of which it is a part, and such judgment or order shall continue unsatisfied (in the case of a money judgment) and in effect for a period of thirty (30) days during which execution shall not be effectively stayed or deferred (whether by action of a court, by agreement or otherwise);; or

Money Judgment. A judgment or order for the payment of money in excess of the Material Amount $250,000 or otherwise having a Materially Adverse Effect shall be rendered against either Borrower Borrower, any other Consolidated Company, or any other Credit Party and such judgment or order shall continue unsatisfied (in the case of a money judgment) and in effect for a period of thirty (30) days during which execution shall not be effectively stayed or deferred (whether by action of a court, by agreement or otherwise);.

Money Judgment. A judgment or order for the payment of money in excess of the Material Amount $5,000,000 or otherwise having a Materially Adverse Effect shall be rendered against either Borrower or any other Consolidated Company and such judgment or order shall continue unsatisfied (in the case of a money judgment) and in effect for a period of thirty (30) 30 days during which execution shall not be effectively stayed or deferred (whether by action of a court, by agreement Agreement or otherwise);

Money Judgment. A judgment or order for the payment of money in excess of the Material Amount $1,000,000 or otherwise having a Materially Adverse Effect shall be rendered against either Borrower or any other Consolidated Company and such judgment or order shall continue unsatisfied (in the case of a money judgment) and in effect for a period of thirty (30) 30 days during which execution shall not be effectively stayed or deferred (whether by action of a court, by agreement or otherwise);

Money Judgment. Money Judgment. A judgment judgment, tax lien or order for the payment of money in excess of the Material Amount shall be rendered against either Borrower the Company or any other Consolidated Company and such judgment or order shall continue unsatisfied (in the case of a money judgment) and in effect for a period of thirty (30) 30 days during which execution shall not be effectively stayed or deferred (whether by action of a court, by agreement or otherwise);

Money Judgment. A judgment or order for the payment of money not covered by insurance in excess of the Material Amount $1,000,000 shall be rendered against the Borrower or either Borrower of the Guarantors and such judgment or order shall continue unsatisfied (in the case of a money judgment) and in effect for a period of thirty (30) days during which execution shall not be effectively stayed or deferred (whether by action of a court, by agreement or otherwise);

Money Judgment. A judgment or order for the payment of money in excess of the Material Amount $5,000,000 or otherwise having a Materially Adverse Effect shall be rendered against either Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries and such judgment or order shall continue unsatisfied (in the case of a money judgment) and in effect for a period of thirty (30) 30 days during which execution shall not be effectively ef fectively stayed or deferred (whether by action of a court, by agreement or otherwise);

Money Judgment.
