Common use of Money Judgment Clause in Contracts

Money Judgment. A judgment or order for the payment of money in excess of $2,500,000 or otherwise having a Materially Adverse Effect shall be rendered against Interface or any other Material Company and such judgment or order shall continue unsatisfied (in the case of a money judgment) and in effect for a period of 30 days during which execution shall not be effectively stayed or deferred (whether by action of a court, by agreement or otherwise);

Money Judgment. A judgment or order for the payment of money in excess of $2,500,000 or otherwise having a Materially Adverse Effect shall be rendered against Interface Intermet or any other Material Consolidated Company and such judgment or order shall continue unsatisfied (in the case of a money judgment) and in effect for a period of 30 days during which execution shall not be effectively stayed or deferred (whether by action of a court, by agreement or otherwise);

Money Judgment. A judgment or order for the payment of -------------- money in excess of $2,500,000 1,000,000 or that would otherwise having have a Materially Material Adverse Effect shall be rendered against Interface the Company or any other Material Company of its Restricted Subsidiaries and such judgment or order shall continue unsatisfied in accordance with the terms of such judgment or order (in the case of a money judgment) and in effect for a period of 30 days during which execution shall not be effectively stayed or deferred (whether by action of a court, by agreement or otherwise);

Money Judgment. A judgment or order for the payment of money in excess of $2,500,000 10,000,000 or otherwise having a Materially Adverse Effect shall be rendered against Interface or any other Material Company which is a Domestic Consolidated Company and such judgment or order shall continue unsatisfied (in the case of a money judgment) and in effect for a period of 30 days during which execution shall not be effectively stayed or deferred (whether by action of a court, by agreement or otherwise);

A judgment or order for the payment of money in excess of $2,500,000 1,000,000 or that would otherwise having have a Materially Material Adverse Effect shall be rendered against Interface the Company or any other Material Company of it Subsidiaries and such judgment or order shall continue unsatisfied in accordance with the terms of such judgment or order (in the case of a money judgment) and in effect for a period of 30 days during which execution shall not be effectively stayed or deferred (whether by action of a court, by agreement or otherwise);
