Money Transfer Instructions Clause Samples

Money Transfer Instructions. Borrower has furnished to the Agent (with sufficient copies for the Lenders) written money transfer instructions, in substantially the form of Exhibit D hereto, addressed to the Agent and signed by an Authorized Officer, together with such other related money transfer authorizations as the Agent may have reasonably requested.

The Provider may, at it’s discretion, take steps to verify the authenticity of a money transfer request prior to initiating the transfer. C.
