Moneys for Payments in Respect. of Notes to be Held in ----------------------------------------------------- Trust. In case the Holder of any Secured Note shall fail to present the same ----- for payment on any date on which the principal thereof becomes payable, the Indenture Trustee may set aside in trust the moneys then due thereon uninvested and shall pay such moneys to any Holder of such Secured Note upon due presentation for surrender thereof in accordance with the provisions of this Indenture, subject to the provisions of Section 7.09.
