Common use of Moneys Held by Paying Agent Clause in Contracts

Moneys Held by Paying Agent. In connection with the satisfaction and discharge of this Indenture with respect to any Debentures, all moneys then held by any paying agent under the provisions of this Indenture with respect to such Debentures shall, upon demand of the Company, be repaid to it or paid to the Trustee and thereupon such paying agent shall be released from all further liability with respect to such moneys.

Moneys Held by Paying Agent. In connection with the satisfaction and discharge of this Indenture with respect to any DebenturesIndenture, all moneys then held by any paying agent Paying Agent under the provisions of this Indenture with respect to such Debentures shall, upon written demand of the Company, be repaid to it or paid to the Trustee Trustee, or if sufficient moneys have been deposited pursuant to Section 9.1 hereof, to the Company upon a Company Request, and thereupon such paying agent Paying Agent shall be released from all further liability with respect to such moneys.

In connection with the satisfaction and discharge of this Indenture with respect to any DebenturesIndenture, all moneys then held by any paying agent Paying Agent under the provisions of this Indenture with respect to such Debentures shall, upon demand of the Company, be repaid to it or paid to the Trustee Trustee, or if sufficient moneys have been deposited pursuant to Section 8.2(d) hereof, to the Company, and thereupon such paying agent Paying Agent shall be released from all further liability with respect to such moneys.
