Common use of Moneys Held by Trustee Clause in Contracts

Moneys Held by Trustee. Subject to the provisions of Sections 9.04 and 10.04 hereof, all moneys received by the Trustee or any paying agent shall, until used or applied as herein provided, be held in trust for the purposes for which they were received, but need not be segregated from other funds except to the extent required by mandatory provisions of law. Neither the Trustee nor any agent of the Issuer or the Trustee shall be under any liability for interest on any moneys received by it hereunder. If and when the Trustee shall be or become a creditor of the Issuer (or any other obligor on the Securities), the Trustee shall be subject to the provisions of the Trust Indenture Act regarding the collection of claims against the Issuer (or any such other obligor).
