MONIES AND OTHER PROPERTY IN POSSESSION. All monies, and property of the Borrower now or hereafter in the possession of the Bank or the Bank's agents, or any one of them, including, but not limited to, all deposit accounts, certificates of deposit, stocks, bonds, indentures, warrants, options and other negotiable and non-negotiable securities and instruments, together with all stock rights, rights to subscribe, liquidating dividends, cash dividends, payments, dividends paid in stock, new securities or other property to which the Borrower may become entitled to receive on account of such property.
