Monies from Other Governmental Sources. The District agrees not to apply for or accept Conservation Trust Funds, Great Outdoors Colorado Trust Funds, or other funds available from or through governmental or non-profit entities that the City is eligible to apply for without a modification of this Agreement by the Parties. This Section shall not apply to specific ownership taxes which shall be distributed to and a revenue source for the district without any limitation.
